Why I tried many times but the payment still down?
If this is the first time you buy from our web or you've been a long time since last time you placed orders on our web, your bank may need to confirm that the payment was purchased by you.
Maybe you will receive the message of comfirmation from your bank or you need to contact your bank to confirm it then try again, normally it would work.
If you did the steps but still failed, that may because you've tried too much times this day, pls try again 24 hours later or contact Customer Service to change to another payment method
What should I do after payment?
Wait for us to confirm the size and address with you, if you need qc pics pls tell us when you confirm, or we will ship directly.
When will my purchased goods be shipped?
Normally we will ship the goods in 3-5 weekdays after preparing.
Sometimes the warehouse needs to transfer the goods from another warehouse and find a good quality one, it may takes more few days. Pls wait patiently.

✈️How should I track my package?
We will send the tracking number to your email when we ship the goods, but sometimes it'll update late, then pls contact Customer Service to know if your tracking number is update. When you receive the tracking number, you could track on 17track
♂️I need expedited delivery of my goods
We do not support expedited packages for the time being. The speed of package transportation depends greatly on the speed of customs inspection.
We cannot control this time, hope you could understand.
